Mary Wayne Bush is a facilitator, executive coach and consultant in leadership and team development, change management, communication and strategic planning. She presents at the International Coach Federation, American Society of Training and Development, the Academy of Management, Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, and the International Association of Facilitators, and the American Society for Quality.
With a Master’s from Yale University and a doctorate in Organizational Change from Pepperdine University, Dr. Bush is also a published author, and a member of the Research and Development Committee of the International Coach Federation. She sits on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations (IJCO) and serves as Director of Research for the non-profit Foundation of Coaching. She has taught quality management courses for University of California, Santa Cruz Extension and the coaching certification program at California State University, Long Beach.
