As a “recovering” Human Resources Director, Sally Field has more than 18 years combined HR and general management experience focusing on organizational development, as well as expertise as a public information officer and division manager for the State of IL, and litigation paralegal at a large Chicago law firm. Sally holds a BA and an MBA with honors. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as well as being a licensed MN educator and adjunct faculty member at University of Wisconsin at River Falls.

Sally started her own firm in 1998 to help companies and individuals realize their full potential and reach new heights. With the belief that the focus of business should be on growth and positive effort, training seminars, workshops and individual coaching sessions are customized to fit the client’s specific developmental needs and are in a setting that addresses individual types and styles of adult learners for maximum participation and retention of information.
