Marguerite McCormack, MA, LPC, specializes in coaching executives on transition, interpersonal, and performance issues. She gained her expertise by leading disaster responses, coaching other leaders during difficult times, and working with corporate, governmental, and nonprofit entities in cooperative efforts with high stakes. She led the long-term response to the shootings at Columbine High School, and is an expert on how traumatic events shape behavior. She lectures and teaches nationally on topics such as individual and organizational responses to difficult events, burnout, stress prevention and management, and trauma.
