J.R. McGee has been at the forefront of Executive Leadership coaching and mentoring and team building methodology in government and industry since the late 1990s. A Master Black Belt (MBB) Sensei, he has been tasked with high level facilitation of multi-million dollar program strategy development sessions and team building from executive level down to and including hourly contract workers. J.R. develops some of the key methodologies for training and certifying other facilitators as well as designing coaching and mentoring sessions in many different government organizations as well as both manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments. After 10 years at the executive level with Lockheed Martin, J.R. started his own consulting firm and currently uses his own tools and techniques combined with his team’s expertise to provide world-class training to customers in numerous environments, including Government, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Supply Chain Management, and Information Technology, as well as delivering the highest Value Added support that they are expecting from their investment dollars.
