Sandy Miller provides seasoned creativity to support clients in world class designs, complex facilitation and strategic support for any critical project and the personal power to coach and mentor key players to ensure success.
Sandy Miller has a Bachelor’s in Applied Management and 25 years in the Aerospace and Defense industry in all areas of Operations and Production Control, from supervision, ordering parts, to Program scheduling. Sandy was also responsible for implementation of the quality initiative Total Quality Management for a program of approximately 800 people. Later, she was instrumental in the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma a Lockheed Martin, planning, developing and delivering all Lean and Six Sigma and team training for the entire Space Systems Line of Business, approximately 8,500 people. She honed her event management and strategic planning skills by facilitating reorganization of this major launch vehicle program as well as their annual strategic plans as well as being directly responsible for facilitation of approximately 110 team building events, including facilitation of 600 employees through a full Ropes Course. As Principal Owner and Executive Consultant in her own firm, Sandy is now developing and utilizing her own tools and techniques, along with her Master Black Belt (MBB) Sensei skills, with a team of experts to deliver training, organizational development and executive coaching across government clients, and several manufacturing and non-manufacturing organizations. She has co-developed some of the key methodologies for training and certifying other facilitators. A creative and dynamic presenter, she has won the Volkswagen Trophy for Best Paper by a Presenter and the Toyota Award for Best Idea, along with numerous performance awards throughout her career.
