We tackle the gap; thorough needs assessments on the front end and on-the-fly, we focus on the “must have” items and avoid re-work. We speak the language of the participants and tailor the approach to their world. We have an understanding of personalities, behavioral styles and thinking patterns that facilitates an emotionally safe environment for everyone, driving creativity, retention and application. We don’t just teach the participant centered method, we use it. Participants feel the difference, live the results and see how it’s done by the experts. In training, meetings, consultations or events, participants break down what they’ve experienced in small groups – live or online. They learn the components, debrief the theory and methods and then they adapt what they learn to their world, practicing in a safe environment for maximum transfer. We translate this approach with multiple techniques to one-on-one and one-on-two situations to achieve the same results.
