Through 15 years in corporate management and training, Cindy rose quickly to executive status when she began delivering bottom line results with participant centered training.
After working in corporate America, Cindy moved into consultation and provided her services through The Bob Pike Group as Vice President and Managing Director of Customized Consulting Solutions. Her skills and talents are reflected in her stats, such as 30% reduction in training cycle time, 25% reduction in transaction handle time, $1.3 million saved annually through the application of participant-centered training design process. She became the most frequently requested and placed consultant by The Bob Pike Group clients for 2003-2005, due to creating and delivering strategic solutions that impacted the bottom line.
She is committed to achieving measurable success from a business standpoint in every solution. Her personal passion is developing, mentoring and empowering training professionals to be recognized in their organizations as strategic partners who produce superior performance within the workforce and key operations.

Cindy has personally trained over 60,000 trainers and leaders and has facilitated solutions and seminars in over 40 US states and Canada. She began early, founding what grew to a million dollar family business at age 9. She received her grounding as a training specialist in corporate America. Once she realized and delivered the results that Instructor Led-Participant Centered interventions produce, she rose quickly to Vice President level, with cross-departmental and location responsibilities.
When working with clients, Cindy applies her 20 years of training and management experience, creativity and focus on the simple solutions to realize business outcomes. Her unique combination of experience, vision and skills energize and guide everyone from executives to front-line staff through cultural change to performance improvement. On a more personal note, Cindy enjoys building water ponds and gardens where she is able to enjoy her Koi and unique plants. When time allows she enjoys her Labrador Retrievers and duplicating various cuisine modeled by Emeril Lagasse.
