As a workplace learning and performance consultant, Kimberly specializes in developing and delivering custom learning solutions. She applies her more than 20 years of diverse experiences in hospitality, travel, technology, business and non-profit organizations to clarify performance expectations and achieve performance results.

Kimberly facilitates workshops to more than 600 professionals a year. These workshops have included: leadership development for emerging and established leaders; customer service for new call center employees; federal and state policy and procedures for state agency personnel; and advocacy. Clients include Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana, the Department of Social Services, Louisiana Auditors and Southern University — VR.

Kimberly is active in the Business Leadership Network, where the Louisiana Chapter is the 2007 Chapter of the Year. This business-led organization promotes best practices in hiring, retaining, and marketing to people with disabilities. Through this affiliation, she develops business and community partnerships. Her program coordination efforts for the ASTD Baton Rouge Chapter resulted in a 20% increase in membership and she is the 2008 President Elect.

She holds a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resource Education and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Kimberly has also published research on Mentoring Youth with Disabilities, a qualitative study with mentors from PYD in Boston.
