Tamara lives the participant centered approach. An expert practitioner of the method, she embodies the “guide from the side” and delivers sessions where participants fully own their learning and outcomes and walk away inspired, able and committed to apply what they’ve learned.
Tamara Stein’s dynamic training has developed over 18 years in corporate America, where she designed and delivered learning opportunities within management, operations and human resources roles. After experiencing the participant-centered approach, she took steps to optimize her performance improvement skills by gaining a Bachelor’s in Business Management and beginning a career with The Bob Pike Group. She now uses her broad range of skills and knowledge to drive high performance within Immanuel-St. Joseph’s - Mayo Health System in Mankato, Minnesota and, since 2007, utilizes her talents in project management, facilitation, design and performance improvement consultation with Participant Centered Results to continue her learning curve, support her organization and give back to the training and development community.
